I know right … strange but it worked. This is such a great vessel for many uses. It reminds me of melty delicious cheese.   Flatbread: 7 oz of cottage cheese (200g) Italian seasoning  Salt to taste   Toppings: Chicken breast meat (60g) Garlic confit (7-9 cloves) Sriracha mayo (20g) * homemade  * 1 tbl light mayo or kewpie mayo * 1/2 tbl sriracha  * 1.5 tsp rice wine vinegar  Lettuce or arugula   Pre heat over to 375°. Spread cottage cheese into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread it thin! It needs to be as thin as you can get it. I tried it twice and the first batch was too thick.
