i get this horrible feeling that travels up and down my spine- like the nerve bundles are all “lit up”- firing- and the muscles tighten…i have a number of physical things that happen when the trauma gets triggered- but that’s the one i hate the most. it’s intense and it can last for a long time. this helps with that. it actually takes a lot of effort to keep off of “the story”. a lot of effort to keep redirecting…and it feels counterintuitive… like the thing I don’t want to concentrate on Feelings, Self Help, Self Development, Self Improvement
