Our colour theory garden. We explored mixing paint and created colour theory flowers and butterflies. They idea is that pupils paint two parts if each flower/butterfly using primary colours. The third section is painted with the resulting secondary colour. Nice cheery summer display. Recycled Newspaper Butterfly 🦋 Using a page from the newspaper to make a few butterflies! I painted the newspaper with acrylic paint, let it dry, then cut out two big ovals and two smaller ovals.
