Poncha Recipe ~ 3/4 cup honey Juice of 6 lemons (about 1 1/2 cups) 3-4 cups white rum Put honey and lemon juice into a sturdy glass or ceramic pitcher. Stand a whisk in the pitcher, hold handle of whisk between the palms of your hands and rub your hands back and forth, agitating liquid until honey dissolves. Stir in 3-4 cups white rum. Muddle then serve punch in short goblets.
