A super easy and yummy snack! Recipe: 5 plain rice cakes 1/3 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup maple syrup melted chocolate Directions: 1. Crush your rice cakes into small pieces 2. Mix in the peanut butter and maple syrup 3. In a pan, smush the mixture flat down 4. Pour melted chocolate on top 5. Place in freeze for at least 1 hour 6. Enjoy!!!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Cake Bars
Ingredients: • 6 rice cakes • 1/2 cup @skippybrand honey creamy peanut butter • 1/2 cup maple syrup • 1 dark chocolate bar + 1/2 tsp of coconut oil • Peanut butter to drizzle Method: 1. In a medium mixing bowl, crush the rice cakes into small pieces. 2. Add in the creamy peanut butter and maple syrup, combine all three ingredients. 3. Lightly grease/ line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. 4. Add the rice cake mixture onto the baking dish and firmly press down the mixture using lightly wet hands or a spatula. *Note: make sure to tightly pack the mixture onto the baking dish. 5. Melt the dark chocolate bar and coconut oil in the microwave using 20 second intervals. 6. Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the rice cake mixture. 7. Freeze for 1 hour. 8. Remove from th
