Portuguese Rice Cupcake/Muffin - Bolo de Arroz - already GF. 09.20.14 Recipe made 11 muffins. Only used 1/2C sugar and was still very sweet. Lemon tasted very nice. Somehow a combination of dense and light. Will try again with shorter paper sleeves to get the pouff tops. Will definitely try again.
