Quinta da Regaleira, Sintra
The Quinta da Regaleira in #Sintra was designed and built in the late 1800s by the owner António Augusto de Carvalho Monteiro (1848-1920) together with the Italian architect Luigi Manini (1848-1936). The culture and creativity of these two personalities resulted in an eclectic-revivalist architectural ensemble, with a particular focus on the Manueline, Renaissance, Medieval and Classical styles. Family adventure by the Center & West of Portugal
“If I could give 10 stars, I would. My family’s trip to Portugal was so special and well-coordinated because of Antonio’s care and expertise. He was able to customize the perfect itinerary for us but also adapt as needed to our changing circumstances. His knowledge of the history, geography, politics & culture of his country transformed our vacation into the adventure of a lifetime. I could not recommend him highly enough. Antonio is truly is a gem!” #ride351 #culture #food #travel #portugal
