No two bodies are the same and no two health or weight loss journeys will be the same. Try to resist comparing yourself to anyone else. Comparison can be the thief of joy and confidence. It is easy to become fixated on your body. Many women hold a deep unhappiness with their body and feel stuck in a body that they don’t have confidence in. Body image refers to how we think and feel about ourselves and our body.
The amount of water that you need to drink each day depends on a number of factors such as weight, gender, activity level and your environment. A general recommendation would be to drink one ounce of water for every two pounds of body weight. 8 cups of water a day is a generally accepted guideline from most sources. Your body becomes dehydrated when your water intake does not exceed the output.

I made the Christmas ornaments from a rustic type of terracotta clay, and then added some beautiful light green slip to give me a base for scratching the actual patterns on the surface. Custard Filling I find a cheat custard works as well as a crème anglaise sometimes and is much quicker. The key is to use custard powder and to make add in a bit more powder than you normally would to have a thicker consistency. How to make the filling • Make a paste with about 3 tbsps of milk and 3 tbsps of custard powder. • Heat 150ml of milk until it is just about to boil then take off the heat.
