Helping children manage their emotions and find calmness, when they need to quieten their mind and body. This listing is for the item shown in the photo. The jar is 5.5 cms in length, with the poem that I wrote and a cute little fabric bag to pop them in. The mind jar is to help children when they're feeling angry, stresses or over excited.
