This week, my trainer kicked my butt via calisthenics and dumbbell workouts, as I'm really working to get my core strength back and even better than it was pre-#myomectomy surgery. I've been focused on challenging myself, but still granting myself grace. I'm getting stronger all over, but I've still got a long way to go.
