(Continuous improvement ) The story of my Kaizen: No matter what obstacles or oceans life puts me through, I will chose my path (stairs or growing plates) and continuously improve (Zaizen are the Japanez symbols) in order to take on my worst fears (spider at the top) and challenges, while still remembering that even at the bottom I am still the King (crown at the bottom) of my world. -El Rey Gaston-
