Ultra Rare Henri Fernandez Petrified Wood and Bronze Cocktail Table, C. 1980

Stunning and unique, this rare cocktail table was created by French designer Henri Fernandez in 1980, and purchased in Paris at that time. Table is comprised of a large thick slab of petrified wood with a hand wrought bronze base custom made to the tops' dimensions. The wood slab has mineralized into stone, which has been polished to a high shine, and shimmers like a rare jewel with vibrant shades of orange, fuchsia, milky white, blacks, etc.- all contained within the concentric age rings of…
