The Blenheim is a building that I think has great potential, but the powers-that-be must not share my opinion. It's a solid, red-brick building with an entrance arch face that evokes the scary parts of Halloween on a daily basis (see other shots in photostream for the face). But year after year the Blenheim is unoccupied, despite being a contributing property to a National Historic District.
