Wholemeal and cinnamon pancakes, topped with strawberry, avocado and ham (sigh no bacon in the fridge) with a sprinkling of Flake chocolate bar. 80g self raising flour, 40g wholemeal flour, 1t baking powder, 1T white sugar 1T ground cinnamon, 1 egg; lightly beaten, 150-200ml trim milk (depending on the consistency you like). Mix the dry ingredients, add the egg, gradually add milk to make a smooth batter, and cook on med-high heat.
