Zucchini Sauteed

Super #easyfamilydinner for everyone to enjoy. I put frozen meatballs in the crockpot with marinara sauce and let it cook while I was at work today. When I got home I just made some pasta for the kids. For my dinner I combined in a bowl: 1 zucchini sauteed 1/2 cup of cottage cheese 1/4 mozzarella cheese 8 meatballs and about 1/2 of sauce I poured the mixture into a baking dish and broiled it until the cheese was melted. Soooo good! #workingmom #momof3kids #dinnerideas #familydinner
