Salami and Cream Cheese Roll-ups- 1 pound cream cheese, room temperature, 1/2 -3/4 pounds salami sliced thin (thinner is better as it rolls easier), 1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced. You will need a good sharp knife to cut the rolls. You can make ahead of time, just place them between wax paper and keep in the refrigerator.
Bacon cheeseburger pizza balls. I made these using the meat mixture for the cheeseburger casserole (also on my I Did It board) and I did half refrigerator biscuits and half homemade dough (just greek yogurt and self rising flour). The homemade dough didn't look as nice but it tasted better!
