You need: •Coconut Milk •Natural sweetener •Shredded Coconut •Chocolate of choice (maybe vegan?) How to Mix together the Coconut milk with your sweetener until it's sweet enough for you! Add some shredded Coconut until there is a smooth batter to form little bars! Place your bars in the freezer for about 1h and than cover them with melted Chocolate! But them into the fridge for another 30 minutes-> And there you have your perfect Snack!
Night snack is chocolate chobani with strawberries mixed in, and half of a flourless black bean brownie 2 cups black beans, 1/2 cup all natural maple syrup, 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips,1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extra, 1/2 tsp salt . Blend together and pour into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes :)
