1/2c rolled oats in water, then stir in 1/3c canned pumpkin & 1/2c liquid egg whites. Stir so the egg whiles stay smooth-- they add volume and protein and you can't taste them. Then add stevia, pumpkin pie spice and flavor extracts (I do butter & maple flavors from iHerb.com-- discount code is in my bio). Then top with whatever your heart desires❤️ Today I did dark chocolate chips, pumpkin pie spice Jif Whips peanut butter, and some coffee mate SF pumpkin spice coffee creamer
