Roasted balsamic cauliflower steaks with vegan cheese 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Toss the cauliflower in a bit of olive oil, season as you like it and roast in the oven @ 180 C for about 20 mins. Couldn't be easier. I seasoned these with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders and then drizzled over balsamic and grated vegan cheese halfway through cooking them. Yum
