Funfetti Mugcake Serves: 1 2 TBSP coconut flour 1 TBSP corfetti whey protein (Cellucor brand) 2 egg whites 1 TBSP plain Greek yogurt 2 TBSP unsweetened almond milk 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 stevia packet Mix all of the ingredients. Pour in a sprayed mug and microwave for 1:30-2:00 minutes. For the icing, I mixed 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop corfetti whey protein, and 8-10 stevia drops.

37 CALORIE BROWNIES! 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt 1/4 cup skim milk 1/2 cup Cocoa powder 1/2 cup Old fashioned rolled oats 1/2 cup Truvia (stevia) 1 egg 1/3 cup applesauce 1 tsp baking powder 1 pinch salt Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a square baking dish (8"x8"). Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and blend until smooth (abt 1 min). Banana mugcake w/warm banana cinnamon center: 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, 2/3 small banana (or applesauce), 2 egg whites, 1/2 tbsp coconut flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp granulated sweetener, 2 tbsp milk of choice. Filling/Center: 1/6 chopped banana + 1 tsp cinnamon. Mix everything, except the banana and cinnamon for the filling, with a handblender and pour in a greased mug. Mix chopped banana with cinnamon and put in the middle of the batter. Put in microwave and cook for 1-1.5 minutes.
