Banana mugcake w/warm banana cinnamon center: 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, 2/3 small banana (or applesauce), 2 egg whites, 1/2 tbsp coconut flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp granulated sweetener, 2 tbsp milk of choice. Filling/Center: 1/6 chopped banana + 1 tsp cinnamon. Mix everything, except the banana and cinnamon for the filling, with a handblender and pour in a greased mug. Mix chopped banana with cinnamon and put in the middle of the batter. Put in microwave and cook for 1-1.5 minutes.
