Meet your new favourite Japanese condiment - nikumiso - stir fried pork mince tossed in a sticky miso sauce. Pop it on anything from rice to ramen, but be warned: this is an absolute flavour powerhouse!

• 1 tsp Garlic
• 1 tsp Ginger
• 1 Spring onion / green onion

• 2 1/2 tbsp Red miso paste
• 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Baking & Spices
• 2 tbsp Sugar
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tsp Sesame oil
• 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Beer, Wine & Liquor
• 2 tbsp Cooking sake
Liquids
• 1/3 cup Water
Other
• 1 tbsp Doubanjiang (for a spicy hit)
