This is pretty much my recipes for fruit pizza. Except I use granulated sugar mixed with the cream cheese and no lemon juice. For the glaze I'd probably make 1/2 the recipe. That is more glaze than I use. I also use the cookie dough that already portioned out and bake it for 1 minute less than the recommended time. If it says 11-13 minutes I would do 12 minutes. The set up after they cool even if they look a little undercooked
