Building section and typical floor plans - note how the floor plan gets smaller as it rises through the building. On the first floor plan, there's a block northeast of the tower labeled "Casino Club". It's a little black-painted 1-1/2 story brick structure that clearly pre-dates the Hancock. I'm not sure why it survived the re-development of the rest of the block, but it's still there today. It is very seldom occupied, but when it is, it's at night, and very swanky.
