Dump Chicken burritos. Frozen chicken, can of black beans, can of corn, can of rotel, and one package of cream cheese on low for 6-8 hours in the crock pot. Shred chicken, make some rice, and stuff into a burrito shell.
This was an awesome recipe! I didn't have fresh lemon, so I used 3/4c of lemon juice from concentrate and 2 1/2 cloves of garlic (cuz garlic makes the world go 'round!). One word: AWESOME.
