Mountain trout with organic vegies on top. This is Lange diet compliant. Dr Michael Lange says u don't have to follow his Lange diet exactly under his weekly meal plan. As long as u keep it similar. Good protein and specific vegetables is always a good meal even for breakfast.

A little snapshot into my daily meals while I prep for another bikini competition. I didn't include pictures of the two protein shakes I have as well. I usually start my day with a serving of protein oatmeal with half a banana and PB2 on top, then a protein shake with mostly greens and almond milk, two servings of @BeyondMeat Grilled Strips for lunch with A TON of non-starchy veggies sautéed in vegetable broth, then another protein shake with a cup of blueberries, then two brown rice cakes…
