If you know me you know I work hard for this! My whole life being extremely skinny and having a crazy fast metabolism it's been so hard putting on muscle the best advice would be to eat eat eat and don't be afraid to lift HEAVY! I'll continue to go hard and inspire others and show them that if they want it they can get it I still have a lot of areas to improve and I will make it happen.
