8/2/14 Did this in conjunction with an ab AMRAP, my normal upper body workout and 10 minutes on the versaclimber.  I liked this w/o for that application...a quick  body weight w/o...also liked the addition of some cardio/leg exercises, IE 180s, squat jumps etc.
