1 1/2 lbs gr beef 3 st celery 1 med onion, chopped 4 cups shredded cabbage 1 sweet bell pepper, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 8oz c tomato sauce 4 cups beef broth 1/2 tsp seasoning salt 1/2 tsp basil 1/4 tsp garlic powder s&p to taste Brown ground beef, onions, celery, garlic & pepper until meat is no longer pink. Add cabbage/cook a couple of more minutes. Drain if needed. Add seasoning. Put meat & veggles in stock pot, add beef stock & tom sauce. Mix well. Simmer low for 30/45 mins.
