Bruschetta.... I use fresh tomatoes, fresh garlic, lots of crushed dried oregano, a bit of dried basil, salt, pepper, a dash of garlic salt and olive oil and a bit of red wine vinegar....and I am always told it's the best bruschetta they've ever had....easy peasy

Fiesta Ranch Dip 1 packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip 10 ounce can Rotel Original (drain excess liquid) 16 oz sour cream 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Chill in fridge for 1 hour. Enjoy!!!
