I don't know how this happened, but I killed my lunch for this week ✋ It's freaking amazing and took zero effort. 5 chicken breasts + 1.5 cups BBQ sauce + red onion in crockpot  shred. Done. Then roll it up on a low carb tortilla with lettuce and laughing cow cheese. Side of organic chips. Boom. #skinnymegfood
