How To Oven Bake Salmon - I did this tonight (me, Amy on 21/01/2014)... I did it at 190 degrees Celsius for 26 minutes. I didn't rinse & pat dry though.... I also didn't use the optional ingredients... Didn't have them (small grad school kitchen). Anyway, very good with just olive oil, fine sea salt and a little pepper!
