Another veggie packed lunch plate to go for lunch with friends ~ Curry turmeric roasted cauliflower and zucchini (so yum), crispy fried eggs (which turned orange cos I fried them in the turmeric pan!), baked kabocha squash, lettuce, radishes and a good dose of nut butter/coconut aminos/ginger/garlic dressing over it all.
