Evil thing the scale can be - if you let it. I remember being obsessed with the scale from the age of 11-20!!! I would weigh in every day, multiple times, and be so happy of the weight loss after going to the bathroom. As a coach, we recommend weighing in no more than once a week. I don't know the last time I weighed in. Amazing what eating clean, Shakeology, and the in home workouts have done for my body! Strong is the new skinny! Are you with me? No obsessing?
