A pearl and cross band set with ten 12mm button pearls and brilliant cut Swarovski crystals mounted on a palladium plated bronze frame. Victorian diamond set tiara, the stylised fleur-de-lys and scroll motifs graduating from the centre and set with old round brilliant-cut and rose-cut diamonds, total estimated weight 30cts, all mounted in silver grain and cut-down settings on yellow gold back, convertible into a necklace, the chain composed of a single line of rose-cut diamonds, circa 1870.

It was commissioned by that King of Great Britain to wear as a circlet over his Cap of Maintenance upon his arrival at Westminster Abbey for his Coronation in 1821.
