brown 1 lb ground beef with 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves. add 1 tab cumin, 1 tsp chili powder, then mix in 8 oz cream cheese. add 2 10 oz can rotel, 2 cans beef broth and 1/2 cup heavy cream. heat to a boil.
Olive Garden Low Carb Zuppa Toscana Soup. And it is freaking AMAZING!!! I followed the basic instructions, only thing I really measured was the water... I used 1qt FF chicken broth and 1qt water, no buillon cubes. I add just a sprinkle of Parmesan before I eat it. I made it with mild italian sausage.
