Today marks a new month, and a fresh start to a week!! What are your goals for June?! Do you have anything you want to accomplish in the next 30 days? I know I do!! I have taken a step back, and reevaluated my goals, and what I know I can accomplish. Success for me, had been redefined as progress. . 8 pounds stand between me and my goal weight. I plan to be there in 3 weeks!!!. . What are your goals? Tell me below!!
It's a new month, which means it's time to WIPE the slate clean, and set NEW GOALS. . I love being able to start each month fresh, and take it on with a new perspective and set new goals for myself. It really helps me stay focused and on track to evaluate what I have done, and what I want to make happen in the future. . What are you goals for the month of July? What are you working towards?
Leg day, my favorite day!!! I was SHAKING during this entire workout, it was glorious. Afterwards, I decided to see if I still had my deadlift form, and guess who still got it?! ME! waking up at 6am to get my workout in definitely has its benefits, because I feel great, and it's only 7:30! Butttt, I definitely need some coffee! ☕️
I EARNED THIS SHIRT. Through blood, sweat and tears. Every time I wear it, I remember where I started back in December, and watching it fit better each day, reminds me to keep going. Getting this shirt for successfully completing Insantiy Max 30 and losing -15 pounds and tons of finches, is the best reward I could have ever received. Oh my QUAD Becky, I think she squats. . My legs have NEVER felt leaner, or stronger. I have never been more comfortable in the summer time wearing shorts, and showing my legs. . These bad boys transport me around campus, they hold my body up daily, and they are slowly become my favorite asset. I never thought I would be one to call my THIGHS beautiful but holy moly, seeing my legs begin to take on definition, is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.
