It's a new month, which means it's time to WIPE the slate clean, and set NEW GOALS. . I love being able to start each month fresh, and take it on with a new perspective and set new goals for myself. It really helps me stay focused and on track to evaluate what I have done, and what I want to make happen in the future. . What are you goals for the month of July? What are you working towards?
Today marks a new month, and a fresh start to a week!! What are your goals for June?! Do you have anything you want to accomplish in the next 30 days? I know I do!! I have taken a step back, and reevaluated my goals, and what I know I can accomplish. Success for me, had been redefined as progress. . 8 pounds stand between me and my goal weight. LOOK WHAT WE HAVE BEEN UP TOO!!!!! --. That's right, we have been working on our handstand! The key here is really focusing on engaging your core, keeping your hands, shoulders, hips all on a straight line, and slowly pressing up into the handstand and slowing contracting down. --. One day at a time. One pound at a time. One inch at a time. I am slowly transforming my body into what I want it today. Yesterday, I hit my -35 pound weight loss goal. Today, I continue to press onward. I have set a NEW goal for myself, so I continue to always work to be my best self. I can't believe that these two outfits are the same, and that my body, looks completely different. I can't wait to see what my new before, and my next after leads to for me.
