Riso con spinaci e curcuma Qualche giorno fa ho preparato questa riso che faccio abbastanza spesso e mi sono accorta di non averlo mai pubblicato sul blog. ahia ahia... rimediamo subito. E' un modo diverso di preparare il riso, infatti volutamente non ho chiamato la ricetta "risotto..." perchè non utilizzerò il metodo classico per la preparazione del risotto, ma ne utilizzerò uno più semplice e che prevede l'utilizzo di meno condimento. Vediamo come ho fatto:

New Orleans Dirty Rice

Cajun rice or "dirty rice" is a well loved New Orleans dish and a Louisiana classic, with as many different recipes as there are cooks. Traditional Dirty Rice uses chopped chicken livers which gives it a distinctive flavor and a dark color dubbing it "dirty" rice. It typically includes the trinity with da' Pope, which is diced bell pepper, celery, onion, and garlic. This is my favorite version.
