✨Breakfast!✨ I wish y'all could taste the nopales on my plate. Cooked them in ghee with pink salt, pepper, and fresh lime juice, and mixed in orange peppers. So good. Sweet potato hash under my poached eggs with guacamole and redhot #NomNom

Breakfast was great. Leftover brisket, sweet potato hash cakes, and a green smoothie. Oh and yessss red hot. Sweet potato hash cakes ✅2 cups shredded sweet potato ✅3 eggs ✅1/2 cup almond flour ✅1 tbs minced garlic ✅1 tbs onion powder ✅salt and pepper to taste ✅Mix all ingredients and make palm sized patties. ✅cook in ghee or oil of choice on stove-about 4 minutes each side until cooked ✨enjoy and tag me if you make them!

individual breakfast casserole and baked it while I got ready for my day.✨✅I just used ghee to grease the pan and set the oven at 375✅Placed shredded purple Okinawa sweet potatoes om bottom✅Chopped spinach was the next layer w/ mixed chopped garlic & pink Himalayan salt✅Then whisked 2 eggs with chopped uncured Canadian bacon and poured it over the spinach and sweet potatoes✅Bake for about 40 minutes or until eggs are no longer runny

**PALEO THANKSGIVING** My favorite was the @paleOmg sausage-bacon-sweet potato stuffing! That stuffing is a meal in its self! Lol On to paleo sweet potato pie soon! Lol
