Guernica (1950) directed by #AlainResnais and Robert Hessens. The subject of this short is the joint Nazi/Italian bombing of the Basque town of #Guernica in 1937. Van Gogh (1948) directed by #AlainResnais A 20 minute short on #VincentVanGogh similar in style to the short on #Gauguin he would produce two years later.
