Pineapple and cinnamon tea GREAT for weight loss (RECIPE)
pineapple teaPineapple tea Serves: 4 tall glasses Ingredients: 1/2 a fresh pineapple, peeled and chopped 4 packets of regular tea 1 cinnamon stick 1 liter of water 1/3 cup of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of honey mint Directions: 1. Boil water in a deep pot. Add pineapple and cinnamon and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the heat. 2. Add the tea packets and allow to dissolve for about 5 minutes. Strain. Add lemon juice and honey to taste. 3. Enoy warm or cold.
