A Blackfoot tepee c1927. The Blackfoot Confederacy or Niitsítapi (meaning "original people") is the collective name of three First Nations in Alberta and one Native American tribe in Montana. The Blackfoot Confederacy consists of the North Peigan, South Peigan, the Kainai Nation, and the Siksika Nation. The Siksika called themselves Sao-kitapiiksi - "Plains People". The South Peigan are located in Montana, and the other three are located in Alberta.
Louis de Bourbon, Prince of Condé (8 September 1621 – 11 December 1686) was a French general and the most famous representative of the Condé branch of the House of Bourbon. Prior to his father's death in 1646, he was styled the Duc d'Enghien. For his military prowess he was renowned as le Grand Condé.
Saladin was the first Sultan of Egypt and Syria. He led Muslim opposition to the European Crusaders in the Levant. Under his personal leadership, his forces defeated the Crusaders at the Battle of Hattin, leading the way to his re-capture of Palestine. His noble and chivalrous behavior was noted by Christian chroniclers, despite being the nemesis of the Crusaders, he won the respect of many of them, including Richard the Lionheart.
