We both came up with this pin because you felt this represents you every morning when your thoughts and anxiety is high. Since you do art as a hobby, I want you to do it as art therapy/activity. When your feeling anxious, I want you to focus your attention to drawing. By focusing on drawing, your not focusing on your anxiety. When your done, explain what and why you drew what you drew.
