Butter up your guests with these cute individual portions to spread on their rolls. It’s easier to work with super-chilled butter. Cut your butter into 1cm-thick slabs. Dip small cookie cutters in hot water and use to cut out shapes. Place on serving trays, cover with plastic wrap so the butter doesn’t take on any fridge odors and refrigerate until ready to serve. Remember to bring out the butter 10 minutes before serving so it’s a good spreading temperature.
