Almond Cookies. I've made these before and they're like crack. Blend: 1 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. almond extract In a separate bowl mix: 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add the flour mixture 2 Tablespoons at a time to the wet ingredients until completely combined.

Numa taça misture o açúcar, baunilha e o ovo. Stir in Bisquick mix, chocolate chips and nuts. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet, d about 2 inches apart; flatten slightly. Coza durante 8-10 minutos ou até ficarem douradas.
