Remy's Soup from Ratatouille. I loved Ratatouille. It...stirs something in me. My love of food and my wish I could actually cook. I can't cook worth a damn to be honest and I've always wanted to be able to pull stuff out of the fridge, toss it together and make something mindblowingly yummy.
5 Minute Corn Chowder 5 Minute CORN CHOWDER: 1&1/2 cup frozen Corn, 1 Zucchini, 2 stalks Celery, 1 Red Pepper (I used Tomato), 1 tsp each Garlic and Onion Powder, dash each of Cayanne and Nutmeg, Salt, 1/2 cup Water or Broth. Blend all to desired consistency Garnish w/Avocado, Corn, Tomato, Cilantro.
Vegan Cheese Quesadillas - these were great, especially with salsa on the side! My carnivore mother agreed. I used half a cup of some vegan nacho cheese id made instead of the 4 tbsp N. Yeast, which gave it some good spice and a nice texture.
