Ingredients:
-40g rolled oats
-1tbsp chia seeds
-1tbsp maple syrup
-50g oatmilk
-1 espresso shot
Topping:
-3 tbsp protein (optional) yogurt
-2 tbsp date syrup or use maple syrup
-Cacao powder to cover bowl
