The Tower was incorporated by Terenas Palace built in the XVIII century. However it’s popular name remains Pedro Sem tower.

The Tower was incorporated by Terenas Palace built in the XVIII century. However it’s popular name remains Pedro Sem tower. According to the legend Pedro Sem was a very wealthy and greedy merchant which lived in that Tower. Pedro Sem lost all his wealth and was forced to beg in the streets until the rest of his life. His was famous for saying “Give something to Pedro Sem that used to have a lot and now has nothing.”
