Follow HER for more!!! 2 lemons chopped into small quarters 1 medium sized knob of ginger 2 tablespoons of cinnamon chips (optional) 2 tablespoons of cloves (optional) Let the honey lemon ginger syrup steep in the fridge for at least 24 hours before you start using it. You’ll find that the acidity of the lemon breaks down the honey and thins it out. Once it has sat for awhile, you can take two spoonfuls straight for coughs and sore throats or you can put it in tea or hot water. This will last 1-2 months in the fridge!
