INGREDIENTS ▪️300g halloumi, cubed ▪️2 tbsp hot honey ▪️1 tsp chilli flakes ▪️570g chickpeas ▪️½ cup of couscous ▪️1 tsp paprika ▪️1/2 cucumber, finely chopped ▪️3 beef tomatoes, finely chopped ▪️1/2 red onion, finely chopped ▪️1 yellow pepper, finely chopped ▪️Large handful of coriander, finely chopped Dressing ▪️Juice of 1 lemon ▪️1 tbsp honey ▪️2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ▪️Salt and pepper to taste Method: Sauté halloumi with hot honey & chili flakes until golden.
