Chips di patate 🥔
Ingredienti (per 20-25 chips): 🥔 4 patate di medie dimensioni 🥔 40g di amido di mais 🥔 q.b. sale 🥔 q.b. timo, origano e rosmarino 🥔 q.b. aglio in polvere 🥔 q.b. pepe 🥔 q.b. olio evo Cuocete le patate in acqua salata per circa 15 minuti, scolatele e schiacciatele all’interno di in una ciotola capiente. Aggiungete l’amido di mais, il sale, le erbe aromatiche essiccate, l’aglio in polvere e il pepe. Mescolate e poi impastate a mano per un paio di minuti. Posizionate il panetto su un foglio di carta forno e stendetelo con l’aiuto di un matterello. Tagliate il composto per ricavare tanti bastoncini, quindi posizionateli su una teglia rivestita con un foglio di carta forno ben oleato. Spennellate con un po’ di olio e cuocete in forno ventilato a 200°C per circa 25-30 minuti.
