Ingredientes: 1/2 pacote de macarrão parafuso cozido e frio 1/2 xícara de milho 4 colheres de sopa de azeitonas roxas picadas 1 cebola roxa pequena cortada em meia lua 1/2 xícara de tomate cereja picado 1/2 xícara de muçarela de búfala picada 1/2 cenoura ralada 1 lata de atum em óleo ( sem o óleo) Salsinha à gosto 3 xícaras de alface americana picada Molho: 2 colheres de sopa bem cheias de maionese 5 colheres de sopa de azeite 1 limão siciliano espremido Sal e pimenta do reino à gosto Orégano à gosto Pimenta calabresa à gosto 3 colheres de sopa de creme de leite ( não gravei) Misture tudo muito bem e jogue por cima da salada, fica um molho super leve e gostoso!
